i’m seriously in disbelief of where I am at right now. It’s 2011. I live on my own now, I’m finally free after all the years I complained. So far everything has been a dream come true. I’m still having a bit of trouble believing that this is true, that I really am completely free.  I’m so excited to know what’s next for me and what this year will bring. I can’t wait.

2010 sucked

This is sad and cruel, don’t get me wrong. But Peta is notorious for taking something and turning it into some massive load of bullshit. Last year the san diego zoo was apparently this whole evil corporation torturing and imprisoning animals for their own evil endeavors. so I wouldn’t take this with a whole lot of credibility.

Before taking your next sip of tea, check the label on the tea box or bottle because you might discover that you are drinking a cupful of cruelty to animals. The company behind Lipton teas has been testing (and paying others to test) tea—a beverage that has been consumed for thousands of years—on…

Lately I’ve found so many new places in San Diego I never would think even existed. Little spots and stuff that you can go hang at.

I found a place in La Jolla by a starbucks. The road leads to a dead end where there’s a cliff and a bench. Go there at 7:30PM and you can see the moon loom over the sea, with waves that look like they were painted. The moon reflects off the sea and the reflection looks like a beam of light from the moon right to where you are standing. And at 8PM the moon turns orange and is swallowed by the sea, and the pillar of light slowly retreats fading to red.

I found another place in La Jolla by the coves where you can sit down on some rocks/coral right above the sea. You’re right by the coves and all you can hear is the waves echoing through the coves… When I’m there I’m pretty sure I see ghosts. At least they’re nice.

In Mission Beach there’s a bay outside a Yacht club and Kayaking store, and there’s an area around the corner from the kayak store that’s complete darkness and total silence. And all you can see are the city lights and their reflection on the water.

And then there’s the beach at night. Chasing waves is so much fun. And on a clear night you can see lots of stars. It’s fun to try and find constellations, and try to draw pictures with the stars.
